Our Mainland St. Bachelor Pad project is one of the homes on the Vancouver Modern Home Tour on Saturday, 14 September 2013. Tickets are only $25 if purchased online using our promo code: FR2013.

The building is circa 1912 in the heart of Yaletown and was converted to lofts in the 1990s. This space was a two-bedroom condo with a small kitchen but the client wanted it converted to a one-bedroom bachelor pad – the renovation completed in 2010, just in time to host two weeks of parties during the Winter Olympics. No expense was spared open concept with sliding doors that provide the option of closing off the private areas or creating an open, loft like space.
