Overview

A house purpose-built for sale, but busting all the stereotypes of a typical dreaded “spec house.” For their first development project Moosehead Contracting asked us to design a home that would appeal to a design savvy young family.

The neutral, Scandinavian palette allowed potential buyers to envision layering their own furnishings over clean lines, and we incorporated details to ensure touch points were considered – German plumbing fixtures, curb-less showers, quality finishes and custom millwork. The strategy was a huge success with a happy client and buyer, who was even more design savvy that we could have hoped as you can see in these photos which we took after they moved in.
