We are designing the central bar at IDSwest, presented by Caesarstone. The concept is a Garden Party in an overgrown West Coast backyard. It’s intended to be a light-hearted, casual take on a trade show bar where people can escape the trade show floor and take their shoes off for moment – or kick up their feet on opening night. It’s decidedly West Coast casual with some amazing design elements.

The focal point is a garden shed built from Caesarstone’s Calacatta Nuovo & Sleek Concrete. To minimize the environmental footprint the Caesarstone, pendants, chairs, stools, tables and trees will be repurposed at Sai Woo, a new restaurant we are designing, set to open Fall 2014 in Vancouver’s Chinatown.
