A Bachelor Pad Bruce Wayne would approve of
Overview
This 1,000 square-foot Yaletown loft belonging to a successful inventor-entrepreneur was to be soiree central for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. A concept was to juxtapose rawness with sophistication, morphing what was an average two bedroom condo in its most recent life to a loft with concrete floors, brick walls and complemented with glass, walnut, chrome and Corian. All the manly bells and whistle are built-in too, including a custom beer trough, multi-coloured LED rain shower and acoustical features to prevent party noise from reaching the neighbours.

Gaggenau New Spaces 3
Small Lofts
"His kitchen - which he's actually cooked in, once or twice - is decked with luxe Gaggenau appliances. But it mainly serves as an elaborate beer opening zone. The party's the thing."
